Fast, Miniaturized and Automated Library Prep for High-quality Single-cell RNA-seq Data

The F.SIGHT™ was used to isolate single HEK293FT cells into 384-well PCR plates, followed by automated miniaturized library preparation with the I.DOT™. Reaction volumes were reduced to one-tenth of the standard, enabling cost-efficient full-length scRNA-seq.
