Live-cell imaging provides researchers with direct, quantitative insight into cell proliferation without the need for labels. Using the CELLCYTE X live-cell imaging system, images of A549 (lung carcinoma), MCF-7 (breast cancer), and HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma) cells were captured in the Enhanced Contour (EC) channel. Proliferation was then determined by software-based measurement of cell confluence.
These results highlight the value of CELLCYTE X for reliable, label-free proliferation studies.
